Personal statement is a vital part of your application process, a well written one is the key to an interview opportunity. It is also responsible for the first impression of your interviewer on you. Yet, personal statement are notoriously hard to write. With a very limited word count (1000 for HKU and 250 for CUHK), it is common to struggle between which activities to include.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Step 1. Upon choosing the package of your choice, your personal advisor will contact you shortly and arrange a brainstorming session. If you have already written a personal statement, you can opt out of this step and submit your essay directly.

Step 2. After submitting your essay, we will review your essay (& CV) and arrange online review session(s) between you and your advisor. He or she will guide you through all the edits we recommend.

Step 3. When you complete all the edits, you can resubmit your essay to our advisors through WhatsApp, further recommendations will be provided within 1-2 days after submission. You can repeat this process for as many times as you want until you are satisfied with your work!
