Ability 

"Why you should choose me"

This section focus on convincing the university why they should choose you instead of another candidate with the same grade as you. You should aim for 2-3 paragraph (1 for CUHK) showing one ability per paragraph, make sure to support your with evidence from your experience. It is important that these ability or trait you mention be related to those a doctor may posses

Interest 

"Why do I want to study medicine"

​

This section should be 2-3 paragraph (1 for CUHK) focusing on why your previous experience / internships causes you to want to study medicine. Don't be afraid to be cliche if that is what you truly think. Make sure to support your claims of interest with evidence of action taken. This can be anything from joining taster programs to shadowing in a hospital

Introduction

This section is unnecessary, they already have your information from your CV. It is best to just skip to interest directly.

Conclusion

Conclude your PS by relisting your reason for being interested in medicine and how your ability would make you a great medical student and doctor
